Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vybrané zástupce protopinových alkaloidů – allokryptopin, muramin a korykavin. Byl sledován jejich vliv na nekanonické struktury g-kvadruplexů v DNA. Mezi zkoumanými nekanonickými strukturami byla struktura paralelního g-kvadruplexu GG1 a antiparalelního DL40. Data byla získána pomocí optické metody cirkulárního dichroismusmu a spektrofluorimetru. Abstract:
This undergraduate thesis focuses on selected protopine alkaloids; in particular, Allocryptopine, Muramine and Corycavine. Their effect on non-canonical structures of G-quadruplex in DNA was examined. Amongst the examined non-canonical structures was the structure of parallel G-quadruplex GG1 and antiparallel DL40.
