Abstract:

Mým cílem v této práci je analýza nákladovosti investičního životního pojištění. Práci dělím na 6 kapitol, které vedou od teoretických podkladů až k praktickým návrhům. V prvních třech kapitolách jsem rozebral problematiku a vývoj investičního životního pojištění včetně poplatkové struktury. Čtvrtou a pátou kapitolu jsem věnoval výčtu a komparaci používaných nákladových ukazatelů na finančním trhu a následnému využití jednotlivých ukazatelů v praxi. Nejdůležitější kapitolou je pak návrh optimalizace poplatkové struktury v investičním životním pojištění a výběr nejvhodnějšího ukazatele. Výsledky této práce umožňují finančním poradcům a klientům pochopit skutečnou výši poplatků v čistě investičním nastavení smlouvy a vybraný nákladový ukazatel umožňuje srovnání a výběr nejlepšího produktu z hlediska potřeb klienta, což jsem zároveň rozebral v poslední části této práce.

Abstract:

The main aim of this dissertation is to provide a total cost ratio analysis of the investment environment. This work is divided into six chapters in which I further examine not only the theoretical background but also several practical propositions. In the first tree chapters, I have analyzed the issue and development of the investment environment, including the structure of fees. The fourth and fifth chapter are devoted to the enumeration as well as comparison of the employed cost indicators in the financial markets followed by the subsequent utilization of individual indicators in practice. The crucial chapter in my dissertation is devoted to a proposition of optimization of the fee structure in the investment life insurance segment together with the choice of the most convenient indicator. Last but not least, the true amount of fees, regarding solely the investment contract setup. Simultaneously, the selected cost indicator makes the comparison and choice of the best product possible with respect to client needs. These ideas are examined in more detail in the las part of my dissertation.
