Práce je věnována přestupkům na úseku silniční dopravy a pojednává o této problematice hlavně z teoretického hlediska, je doplněna o praktickou část a zabývá se statistikou přestupků. The work is dedicated to offences of the road transport sector and deals with this issue mainly from the theoretical point of view, is supplemented with a practical part and deals with statistics of offences.
