Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení problémů vyplývajících z provedené analýzy, která zahrnuje analýzu současné situace ve finančním oddělení nadnárodní společnosti v procesu zpracování faktur. Řešením bude návrh systému automatizace doposud manuálního procesu a doporučení k implementaci návrhu. Pro návrh systému a implementace jsou v teoretické části uvedena všechna relevantní teoretická východiska, která slouží především pro lepší orientaci v celé problematice a nutnosti uvědomění si možných problémů a negativních aspektů, které jsou s navrhovaným řešením spojeny. Pro dosažení cíle je nutno v úvodu praktické části charakterizovat společnost včetně finančního oddělení, které bude klíčové pro celé navrhované řešení.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a solution to the problems arising from the analysis which includes an analysis of the current situation in the finance department of a multinational company in the process of processing invoices. The solution will be design of an automation system for the manual process and recommendations for the implementation of the design. For the design of the system and implementation, the theoretical part lists all the relevant theoretical background which serves primarily for better orientation in the whole issue and the need to be aware of the problems and negative aspects that are associated with the proposed solution. To accomplish the objective, it is necessary to characterize the company in the introduction to the practical part, including the finance department, which will be key to the entire proposed solution.
