Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je komunikace na pracovišti. Cílem výzkumu je analýza komunikace a řešení konfliktů ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a blíže popsány formy komunikace v podniku. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je popsána metodika zvoleného výzkumu a představena společnost L’OR special drinks s.r.o. V této společnosti je provedena analýza komunikace a řešení konfliktů na pracovišti prostředkem dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is communication in the workplace. The aim of the research is analysis of the communication and solving of conflicts inside of selected company. The basic concepts and further forms of communication inside of a company are described in the theoretical part. It is followed by practical part in which I describe methodology of selected research and company of L’OR special drinks s.r.o. Analysis of communication and solving of conflicts within this company is done by questionnaire method.
