The aim of this thesis is to evaluate a company‘s financial, capital and property structure. It outlines the status, the development, and mutual links and analyzes the factors that affect this structure. Cieľom diplomovej práce je zhodnotiť majetkovú, finančnú a kapitálovú štruktúru podniku. Stav, vývoj, vzájomné väzby a analyzovať faktory, ktoré ju ovplyvňujú. V prvej kapitole charakterizuje pojmy podnik, podnikanie, finančné rozhodovanie. Ďalej štruktúru majetku podniku, podkapitoly sú venované dlhodobému a obežnému majetku.
