Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem problematiky talent managementu v kontextu procesů v oblasti získávání, rozvoji a udržení talentovaných zaměstnanců ve společnosti Generali Česká pojišťovna a.s. Na základě rešerše odborné literatury byl definován pojem talent, talent management a jeho jednotlivé procesy, řízení rozvoje a pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců. Praktická část byla zaměřena na představení společnosti, analýzu současného stavu talent managementu a možnosti získávání a udržení talentu ve společnosti. Na základě rozhovoru s vedoucím pracovníkem managementu a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření zaměstnanců byla získána data, jejichž výsledky vedly k zhodnocení současného stavu práce s talenty a k doporučení aktivit pro další možné získávání a udržení talentů ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The Master´s thesis deals with the current topic of talent management in the context of processes in the field of recruitment, development and retention of talented employees in the company Generali Česká pojišťovna a.s. First part is focused on research using specialised literature to identify the concept of talent, talent management and its individual processes, development management and employee performance. The practical part was focused on the introduction of the company, analysis of the current state of talent management and the possibility of acquiring and retaining talent in the company. Results were gathered from an interview with the manager and data from an employee survey. And those led to an evaluation of the current state of work with talented individuals and to the recommendation of activities for further possible recruitment and retention of talented employees in the company.
