Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkonových norem, a jejich využíváním pro stimulování a odměňování zaměstnanců v dělnických profesích. Obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení motivačního mzdového systému vybrané kategorie dělníků ve výrobním podniku.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of performance standards and their use for stimulating and remuneration of employees in blue-collar jobs. It contains proposals how to improve the motivation of the wage system in the selected categories of workers at the factory.
