Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na kvalitu gastronomických služeb. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit kvalitu pohostinských zařízení v Praze. V první části jsou charakterizována stravovací zařízení a jejich význam pro cestovní ruch. Dále je zde pojednáno o kvalitě a jejím hodnocení v gastronomii. The bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of hospitality services. It aims to assess the quality of food and beverage facilities in Prague.
