Cílem práce je strategická analýza existující překladatelské agentury malé velikosti (do 50 zaměstnanců) a následný návrh a implementace informačního systému usnadňujícího práci zaměstnancům agentury. This thesis contains analysis of strategy of small translation agency (up to 50 workers) and following design and implementation of information system facilitating the work agency's employees. System is implemented on the Java EE platform and makes the communication via email with clients possible.
