Abstract:
Teoretická část mé práce je zaměřena na vznik, financování a zánik politických stran. Analytická část se věnuje kauze rozpuštění Dělnické strany, zejména průběhu soudního jednání a jeho výsledku.
Abstract:
The teoretical part of my work is focused on formation of political parties, funding of political parties and termination of political parties. Analytical part is devoted to case of Labour party, especially during the trial and its outcome.
