Cílem této práce je vytvoření postupu pro rozpoznávání entit v právních předpisech. Nejprve se zaměřuje na popis českého právního systému, právní informatiky a dále na popis možných problémů, které se mohou objevit při použití informačních technologií pro zpracování právních textů. The aim of this thesis was to create a procedure for entity recognition in legislation. Firstly, it focuses on the description of the Czech legal system, legal informatics and on the description of possible problems that may arise when using information technology for processing legal texts.
