Abstract:

Záměrem diplomové práce je návrh projektu, který umožní rozšíření nabídky poskytovaných sociálních služeb pro seniory trpící Alzheimerovou chorobou a jinými typy demencí v příspěvkové organizaci Sociální služby Uherské Hradiště. Teoretická část popisuje neziskový sektor s bližším zaměřením na příspěvkové organizace, jejich zřízení a hospodaření, a dále se zabývá vlivem stárnutí obyvatelstva na poskytované sociální služby seniorům. Praktická část popisuje hospodaření organizace a analyzuje její nabídku poskytovaných sociálních služeb seniorům. Projektová část navazuje na výsledky předcházejících částí a je zaměřena na návrh projektu, jehož spolufinancování je navrženo ze státního rozpočtu prostřednictvím národního programu, který je v diplomové práci blíže charakterizován.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is a project proposal which will enable the extension of social services for seniors suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia in the allowance organization Social services Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part describes nonprofit sector with further orientation on allowance organizations, their formation and management and it also focuses on the effect of human ageing on social services provided for seniors. The practical part deals with the organization management and it analyses its offer of the social services provided for seniors. The project part follows the results of the previous parts and it is aimed at the project proposal whose co-financing is put forward from the state budget through the national program which is further characterized in the thesis
