Abstract:

Bakalářská práce provádí čtenáře disciplínou řízení projektových rizik. V teoretické části zaměřené na projektový management vysvětluje, co rizika jsou, jak se zjišťují, evidují, analyzují a vyhodnocují a jak se s nimi po analýze pracuje s cílem snížit jejich dopad nebo je eliminovat. V praktické části bakalářské práce je na konkrétním příkladu stavebního projektu konkrétní firmy na trhu podrobně popsán postup řízení projektových rizik. Závěr této práce přináší doporučení pro stavební firmu, jejichž smyslem je poukázat na slabiny současného způsobu řízení projektových rizik ve společnosti a navrhnout potřebné úpravy vedoucí k zefektivnění procesu řízení rizik.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis guides the reader through the discipline of project risk management. The theoretical part of project management explains what risks are, how they are identified, recorded, analyzed and evaluated and how they are worked with after analysis (in order to reduce their impact or eliminate them). In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis is the procedure of project risk management described in detail on a specific example of a construction project of a specific company on the market. The conclusion of this work provides recommendations for a construction company, the purpose of which is to point out the weaknesses of the current method of project risk management in the company and to propose the necessary adjustments to streamline the risk management process.
