Bakalářská práce se zabývá a zhodnocuje psychickou zátěž zaměstnanců na pracovišti. Cílem výsledků práce je navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro snížení psychické zátěže u zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. Analyzované pracoviště se nachází ve společnosti KS KUTÍLEK s.r.o., která provozuje kamionovou dopravu, přičemž zkoumaným vzorkem jsou zaměstnanci pracující jako řidiči kamionu. The bachelor thesis explores and evaluates the psychological stress of employees in the workplace. The aim of the thesis is to propose suitable recommendations for reducing the psychological stress of employees in a selected company.
