Práce se zabývá implementací estimace stavu elektrické sítě s využitím souboru měření ze systému SCADA a fázorů z jednotek PMU. V práci jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky estimace stavu, jejímž jádrem je statická metoda založená na vážených nejmenších čtvercích. This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of power system state estimation with using of measurements from SCADA system and also from PMU. In the work is summarized the theoretical knowledge of estimation, which core is a static method based on weighted least squares.
