Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá proteomickou analýzou membránových proteinů bakterie Mycoplasma hominis. Frakce obohacená o membránové proteiny byla separována dvourozměrnou elektroforézou a vybrané proteiny byly štěpeny proteolytickým enzymem trypsinem. Abstract:
This work deals with the proteomic analysis of membrane proteins of the bacterium Mycoplasma hominis. Fractions enriched membrane proteins were separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis and selected proteins were digested by the proteolytic enzyme trypsin.
