Abstract:

Magisterská práce „Realizace programu Erasmus na MU“ vychází ze zjištěné skutečnosti, že nedochází k plnému využití studijních pobytů v zahraničí, které program Erasmus studentům Masarykovy univerzity nabízí. Práce si klade za cíl identifikovat možné důvody, proč k tomu dochází. Teoretická část práce se opírá zejména o proces evropské integrace v oblasti vzdělávání a chápání mobility jako jednoho z hlavních cílů boloňského procesu. K nalezení důvodů způsobujících nenaplňování bilaterálních smluv Erasmus byly použity dvě výzkumné metody: analýza bilaterálních smluv Erasmus uzavřených za poslední tři akademické roky a dotazníkové šetření. Analýza bilaterálních smluv Erasmus sloužila především k identifikování možných důvodů na straně koordinátorů programu (institucionální bariéry), dotazníkové šetření k nalezení možných důvodů na straně studentů (osobnostní bariéry).

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Implementation of the Erasmus programme at Masaryk University" stems from the ascertained fact that the studying mobility opportunities offered by Masaryk University are not filled completely. The thesis proposes to identify potential reasons for this situation. The theoretical part of the work relies primarily on the process of European integration in the area of education and understanding the mobility as one of the principal goals of the Bologna process. In order to find the reasons for the shortfall in the bilateral agreement capacities two research methods were used: analyses of the Erasmus bilateral agreements signed during the last three academic years and the questionnaire. The analyses of the Erasmus bilateral agreements served primarily to identify possible reasons on the program coordinators’ side (institutional barriers), the questionnaire to find possible reasons on the students’ side (personal barriers).
