Training of soft skills of Albert store managers and the application of managerial skills in their own stores

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Školení měkkých dovedností manažerů prodejen společnosti Albert a uplatnění manažerských dovedností na vlastních prodejnách, má za cíl zjištění, jaký postoj mají manažeři ke svým školením, jestli je profesně posunulo, zda získané vědomosti předali na svůj tým, a zda uplatnili nějaké získané dovednosti na svých prodejnách ve vztahu k zákazníkům a k zaměstnancům, a napomohlo to ke zlepšení vztahů na prodejně a mezi zaměstnanci. Teoretická část je podkladem pro část výzkumnou a klade si za cíl popsat pomocí literatury firemní vzdělávání a školení měkkých dovedností. Bakalářská práce je zasazena do prostředí prodejen společnosti Albert. Výzkumná část má za cíl zjistit, zda jsou manažeři prodejen Albert spokojeni s nabídkou školení měkkých dovedností a odpovídají tato školení jejich požadavkům v oblasti kultivace sociálních vztahů na prodejnách. V této části byly prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, které bylo realizované dotazníkovým šetřením, a bylo zcela anonymní.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis, entitled Training of soft skills of Albert store managers and application of managerial skills in own stores, aims to find out what attitudes managers have towards their trainings, whether they have been professionally advanced, whether they have passed on the knowledge to their team and skills in their stores in relation to customers and employees, and this has helped to improve relationships in the store and between employees.The theoretical part is the basis for the research part and aims to describe the literature on corporate education and training of soft skills. The bachelor's thesis is set in the environment of Albert stores. The research part aims to find out whether Albert store managers are satisfied with the offer of soft skills training and these trainings meet their requirements in the field of cultivating social relationships in stores. In this part, the results of the research, which was carried out by a questionnaire survey and were completely anonymous, were presented.
