Abstract:
Diplomová práce rešeršně-výzkumného charakteru se zabývá závislostí cen na trhu s nemovitostmi na vybraných faktorech a možnostmi krátkodobé predikce těchto faktorů i vývoje cen nemovitostí. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a popsány mechanismy fungování realitního trhu a vliv různých veličin na ceny nemovitostí.
