Tato práce pojednává o modernizačních procesech ve městě Zlíně v období od roku 1900 do roku 1938. Na teoretickém základě podává informace o utváření fyzického a sociálního prostoru modelového města. This paper deals with modernization process in the city of Zlin, between years 1900 to 1938. In theoretical way, it informs readers about constitution of material and social space of this model city.
