The bachelor thesis is approached as a case study in the problem of perceiving Tomio Okamura like political entrepreneur. David Arter´s concept of political entrepreneur is the central theoretical framework. In empirical section, thesis is focused on the significance of rhetoric and agenda before creating of Dawn of direct democracy.
