Football training and his effect on the development of speed abilities in children of primary school age.

Abstract:

Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem zvolil téma "Fotbalový trénink a jeho vliv na rozvoj rychlostních schopností u dětí mladšího školního věku. Jedná se o výzkumnou práci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsem čerpal poznatky k problematice daného tématu z uvedených zdrojů. Zabýváme se vývojem rychlostních schopností u dětí mladšího školního věku, rychlostními schopnostmi ve fotbale, charakteristikou mladšího školního věku a jeho specifikami a také jsme uvedli některé ze současných výzkumů, které se touto problematikou zabývají. V praktické části se zabýváme výzkumem rozvoje rychlostních schopností u dětí mladšího školního věku. K výzkumu jsme použili týmy FK Teplice U9 a FK Hrobčice U9. Jako testovaný soubor jsme zvolili hráče Teplic a hráče Hrobčic jsme zvolili jako kontrolní soubor. Navrhli jsme tréninkový plán, který byl zaměřen na rozvoj rychlostních schopností. Zvolili jsme tři testy pro vstupní a výstupní testování. Po vstupním testování nastala fáze aplikace tréninkového plánu po dobu dvou měsíců. Po Jeho dokončení jsme provedli výstupní testy. Výsledky testů jsme zaznamenali do tabulek a grafů a pomocí statistických výpočtů jsme zkoumali, jestli náš navržený plán měl, u testovaného souboru, vliv na rozvoj rychlostních schopností. Pomocí statistických metod jsme zjistili, že statisticky významný rozdíl mezi vstupním a výstupním testováním testovaného souboru oproti kontrolnímu souboru existoval pouze v případě testu 4x10 metrů. V běhu na 20 metrů neexistoval statisticky významný rozdíl ani u jedné skupiny a v člunkovém běhu na 4x10 metrů s míčem zaznamenali statisticky významný rozdíl obě skupiny.

Abstract:

For my thesis I chose the title "Football training and its influence on the development of speed skills in primary school age children. This is a research work. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I learned about the topic from the mentioned sources. We are concerned with the development of speed capabilities in younger school-age children, the speed capabilities in football, the characteristics of the younger school age and its specifics, and also some of the current researches dealing with this issue. In the practical part, we are engaged in the research of the development of speed skills in children of younger school age. We used the research teams FK Teplice U9 and FK Hrobčice U9. As a test file, we chose Teplice player and we chose the player of Hrobčice as a control file. We designed a training plan that focused on the development of speed skills. We chose three tests for input and output testing. After the initial testing, the application phase of the training plan took place for two months. After the completion of the test, we performed the test tests. The results of the tests were recorded in tables and graphs, and using statistical calculations we investigated whether our proposed plan had an impact on the development of speed capabilities in the test set. Using statistic methods, we found that the statistically significant difference between the input and output testing of the test set over the control set existed only for the 4x10 meter test. There was no statistically significant difference in the 20 meters run in one group and in the 4x10 meters bowler run there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.
