Social climate in organizations

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci "sociální klima organizací", se budu zabývat problematikou, jaký vliv a ve kterých oblastech má sociální klima na vývoj a chod organizace. Cílem mé práce je změřit intenzitu vlivu jednotlivých faktorů sociálního klimatu organizace na její stávající situaci a rozvoj a porovnat výsledky mého šetření s obecně přijímanými fakty a předpoklady v teoretické části práce. Práce bude rozdělena do několika částí. V první části se budu věnovat teoretickému vymezení práce. Hlavním tématem bude samotné vysvětlení a objasnění, co je sociální klima a jak může ovlivňovat chod organizace. Ve své práci se také budu zajímat o sociologii organizací a společenské klima. Jedná se především o soubor hodnot, norem, vzájemných očekávání a způsobů chování. Důležitou kapitolou teoretické části budou i faktory modulující klima společnosti. Teoretická část se také bude zabývat sociální interakcí mezi zaměstnanci v organizaci, která je důležitou součástí fungovaní dané organizace. V aplikační části práce se budu věnovat především analýze vybrané organizace. Použiju kvantitativní výzkum za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Bude se jednat o anonymní dotazník s minimálně sto respondenty z celého spektra zaměstnanců vybrané organizace. Dotazník bude rozdělen do několika oddílů a otázky budou koncipovány tak, aby se přímo vztahovaly k pracovnímu klimatu vzhledem k ukotvení v sociologii práce a sociologii organizace. Zjištěné výsledky budou podrobeny diskuzi.

Abstract:

In my Bachelor Thesis "The Social Clime of Organizations" I will follow up issues of what influence and in which areas the social clime has on the development and operation of organization. The aim of my work is to consider the intensity of the influence of individual factors of the social clime of organization in its current situation and development and the results of my survey compare with generally accepted facts and assumptions in the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis. Thesis will be separated into several parts. The first part of my thesis will be dedicated to the theoretical part. The main topic will be dedicated to what really the social clime is and how it could impact process of organizations. I will also be interested in the sociology of organizations and a social clime. It will be mainly about set of values, standards, expectations and behaviour. There will also be very important chapter about factors influencing clime of company. The next topic will be about social interactions between employees in the organization. This is very important part of the functioning of the organization. I will focus mainly on the analysis of the organization in the application part of my thesis. I will use quantitative research with the help of a questionnaire survey. It will be an anonymous questionnaire with at least one hundred respondents from the entire spectrum of employees of the selected organization.The questionnaire will be separated into three parts and questions will be about working clime due to sociology of work and sociology of organization. The results will be discussed.
