Financing system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Great Britain and Germany

Abstract:

Práce popisuje systém financování malých a středních podniků v Německu a Velké Británii. V práci jsou použity ukazatele a modely k zhodnocení finanĉní situace MSP, kde jsou porovnávány podniky z oblasti výroby motorových vozidel, přívěsů a návěsů. Při porovnání podniků obou zemí vyšlo Německo jako země s lepším hodnocením vybraných podniků podle výsledků bonitního a Taflerova bankrotního modelu. Hlavním přínosem práce bylo zhodnocení podniků podle vybraných modelů. Vycházela jsem z výsledků zadluženosti podniků, kde jsem se zaměřila na urĉité období a porovnala výsledky obou zemí v daném sledovaném období.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the system of financing small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany and Great Britain. The work uses indicators and models to evaluate the financial situation of SMEs, which compares companies in manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers. When comparing the companies of both countries, Germany came out as the country with a better evaluation of selected companies according to the results of the creditworthiness and Taffler's bankruptcy model. The main benefit of the work was the evaluation according to selected models supported by the results of corporate indebtedness, where it is possible to monitor the trend and course of a company going bankrupt during the monitored periods.
