Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit fungování sociálních služeb v Sociálních službách Karviná z pohledu jejich uživatelů a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Úvodní část bude směřována na obecné charakteristiky sociální politiky a sociálních služeb s ohledem na vybranou cílovou skupinu-senioři. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the functioning of social services in Social Services Karviná from the perspective of its users and to suggest possible improvements.
