Abstract:

VACEK, Luboš. Nové trendy sdílené ekonomiky v cestovním ruchu. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha 2018, 75 stran Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem nových trendů sdílené ekonomiky v cestovním ruchu u dvou největších společností Airbnb a Uberu. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii a popis sdílené ekonomiky v oblasti cestovního ruchu. A představení významných společností, které ve sdílené ekonomice cestovního ruchu působí. V analytické části vyhodnocuji získaná data na základě dvouletého dotazníkového průzkumu u klientů využívající k ubytování služeb aplikace. Airbnb, analyzuji nové trendy Airbnb a růst jejich oblíbenosti. Data z výzkumu o využívání služeb společnosti Airbnb jsem získal na stránkách www.airbnb.com a www.airdna.co a vzájemnou komparaci výsledků jsem získal ze žádaných a známých destinací (Praha 1, Miami a Moskva), ale i méně populárních destinací pro turistiku (Brno, Praha 9, Oklahoma city). Zjistil jsem, že nové rozšířené trendy u Airbnb, kterými jsou nabízené různé typy zážitků a ubytování v netradičních domech se těší velké oblibě. Podle zjištěných výsledků výzkumu a svých zkušeností jsem se snažil navrhnout vylepšení nabízených služeb u obou sledovaných společností Airbnb a Uber.

VACEK, Luboš. New trends of shared economy in the tourism. [Bachelor’s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2018. 75 pages Presented bachelor’s dissertation deals with analysis of the new trends of the shared economy in the tourism by the two biggest shared economy companies Airbnb and Uber. The dissertation is divide into three chapters theoretically methodical, analytical and proposal. Theoretical chapter is focused on introduce the sharing economy, tourism and the companies in this part of economy. In the analytical chapter I evaulate my gained data on basis of the two years lasting questionnaire by my clients using the Airbnb platform, I am analyzing new trends of the Airbnb and the proces of growing popularity of these trends. Data from the research of the using Airbnb services I gained from the websites www.airbnb.com and www.airdna.co and mutual comparasion results I got from the popular and good known destinations (Prague 1, Miami a Moscow), but also from the less know and popular destinations for the tourism (Brno city, Prague 9, Oklahoma city). I found that new trends by Airbnb like experiences and non-traditional homes are very popular. According to found results of the research and my personal experiences I tried to proposal how to make these new trends better by both companies Airbnb and Uber.
