V této práci je pozornost věnována právním vztahům, vznikajícím mezi zdravotními pojišťovnami a poskytovateli zdravotních služeb v rámci poskytování a úhrady zdravotních služeb se zaměřením na smluvní typ „smlouvy o poskytování a úhradě hrazených služeb“ i na právní vztahy, vznikající mimo něj.
