Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení rizik ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu rizik, klasifikací rizik, normou ISO 31000, metodami používanými v analýze rizik a potravinářským průmyslem v ČR. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with risk management in a selected organization. Theoretical part is about definition of risk, classification of risk, ISO standard 31000, methods of risk analysis and about food industry in the Czech Republic.
