Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza toho, zda a za jakých podmínek je imateriální újma kompenzovatelná v rámci Vídeňské úmluvy. Za tímto účelem je nejprve vymezen pojem imateriální újmy jako takové. Dále jsou pak analyzovány předpoklady náhrady škody, nejprve obecně a poté ve vztahu k imateriální újmě. Subject of this thesis is to analyse whether and under what conditions is non-material loss compensable under CISG. For this purpose, the term non-material loss is firstly determined as such. Further conditions under which damages are being awarded are analysed, firstly in general and then in relation to non-material loss.
