Water management in the village Němčany

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podrobném průzkumu obce Němčany i přilehlého okolí z pohledu managementu vodního hospodářství. Problematika vody je popsána v literárním přehledu. Od možnosti jejího získávání přes zásobování obyvatel vodou pitnou, odvedení vod odpadních a jejich následná úprava na čistírnách odpadních vod. Sou-částí přehledu je i zahrnutí platné legislativy v oblasti vodního hospodářství. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis zájmového území, s ohledem na základní informace o obci, o hospodaření s obecní vodou a o popisu vyskytujících se vodních ploch a vodohospodářských staveb v jejím katastru. Dále je popsán postupný vývoj vodovodů a kanalizací, zásobování občanů pitnou vodou a nakládání s vodou odpadní, výstavba čistírny odpadních vod a nové kanalizace. Součástí bylo i provedení dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na zadržování a využívání dešťové vody občany včetně soukromých studen a informacích o nich. Z celkového průzkumu tedy vyplývá, že řešení vodního hospodářství v obci je na dobré úrovni, a proto jsou navrhnuta jen drobná doplňková opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a detailed survey of the village of Němčany and its surroundings from the perspective of water management. The issue of water is described in the literature review from the possibility of obtaining it through supplying the population with drinking water, draining waste water and its subsequent treatment at wastewater treatment plants. The review also includes the current legislation in the field of water management. The practical part is focused on the description of the area of inte-rest, with regard to the basic information about the village, the management of municipal water and the description of occurring water bodies and water management buildings in its cadastre. Furthermore, the gradual development of water supply and sewerage systems, the supply of drinking water to citizens and waste water treatment, the construction of a wastewater treatment plant and new sewerage systems are described. The survey also included a questionnaire survey focused on the retention and use of rainwater by citizens, including private wells and information about them. Thus, the overall survey shows that municipal water management solutions are at a good level and therefore only minor additional mea-sures are proposed.
