Abstract:

Tématem mojí diplomové práce je finanční analýza a mezipodnikové srovnávání. Jejím hlavním úkolem je podávat informace o finančním zdraví, prozradit silné stránky a eliminovat slabé stránky podniku, které by mohly vést k problémům. Srovnání konkrétního podniku s konkurenčními, bude jistě užitečné především pro management společnosti. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s klasifikací finanční analýzy, jejími uživateli a způsoby využití. Zde také konkrétně popisuji jednotlivé analytické ukazatele a metody, které se využívají při sestavování finanční analýzy. Důraz je kladen hlavně na vypovídací schopnost ukazatelů a možnosti jejich využívání. V praktické části aplikuji teoretickou část na konkrétním podniku, Autostop, spol. s r. o., Rakovník, který prodává automobily značky Škoda a poskytuje související služby např. klempířské, lakýrnické aj. Celková finanční situace je posuzována podle základních ukazatelů jako je rentabilita, zadluženost, likvidita a jiné.Vypovídací schopnost jednotlivých ukazatelů chci zpřesnit poměřením získaných údajů mezi sebou navzájem. V této části také implementuji pět metod mezipodnikového srovnání. V závěru celé práce se nachází vyhodnocení celkové finanční situace podniku nejen z hlediska minulosti a současnosti, ale také s ohledem na budoucí vývoj.

Abstract:

The topic of my graduation´s thesis is the financial analysis of financial statements and intercompany comparison. The main goal is to provide information about financial soundness and to show the strong sides and to eliminate those weak points of the company which could lead to problems. In the first, comparison a particular firm with rival companies will be useful for management of enterprise. The theoretical part makes readers acquainted with classification financial analysis, its users and the ways of its application. The individual analytical indicators and methods used to set up financial analyses are also described herein. Emphasized are above all the information capability of indicators and the possibility of their application. In the practical part, I apply the theory to a particular company Autostop, spol. s r. o., Rakovnik. This firm sells Skoda cars and provides related services e. g. tinsmith´s, painter´s etc. The overall financial position is assessed according to the basic indicators such as profitability, indebtedness, liquidity etc. Information capability of the individual indicators is extended by mutually comparing the data obtained. In this part I implement five methods for intercompany comparison, too. The conclusion of this thesis brings the assessment of the financial position of the company not only in the course of time but also with regard to the future development.
