Cílem práce bylo ověřit správnost deklarovaného křížení odrůdy Vesna pomocí metody SSR. Byly získány SSR profily odrůdy Vesna a třech odrůd, které se dle předpokladů podílí na jejím rodokmenu a porovnány s dostupnými výsledky ze zahraničí. Abstract:
The aim of the work was to verify the correctness of the declared breeding of the Vesna variety with SSR methods. There were acquired SSR profiles of the Vesna variety and three varieties that are assumed to be involved in its pedigree and those were compared with available results from abroad.
