Internal company factors and company competitiveness

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit metodiku hodnocení vybraného interního podnikového faktoru, a její následnou aplikací na konkrétní podnik definovat jeho konkurenční schopnosti, odhalit rezervy pro zvýšení jeho konkurenceschopnosti a pro ně formulovat doporučení. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení problematiky konkurenceschopnosti, interních podnikových faktorů a metod jejich hodnocení a dále je navrhnuta metodika hodnocení interních faktorů se zaměřením na faktory ekonomicko-finanční. V druhé části je provedena strategická analýza konkrétního podniku s použitím doporučené metodiky hodnocení finančních faktorů. Na základě zjištěných dat je vytvořena strategie podniku pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti v rámci analyzovaného interního podnikového faktoru.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is a creation of a methodology of a rating of a selected internal company factor and an application of the methodology on a particular company in order to define its competitive advantage and to reveal the existing business reserves for a growth of a company competitiveness (and a formulation of recommendation). The first part of the thesis is concentrated on theoretical specification of the competitiveness, the internal business factors and the methods of their rating. Further a proposal of the methodology of rating of the internal company factors, especially financial factors, has been outlined. The second part covers a strategic analysis of a particular company whereas the proposed methodology of a rating of the financial factors focused with respect to the competitiveness has been used. On the basis of the ascertained data a business strategy regarding the growth of the company competitiveness within the frame of the analyzed company internal factor is suggested.
