Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku stárnutí populace a s ní spojený nedostatek ubytovacích zařízení pro seniory. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of population aging and the associated lack of accommodation facilities for the elderly. The goal of the work is the preparation of an architectural study of two variants of homes for the elderly and the preparation of project documentation at the building permit level for the selected variant.
