Abstract:
V této bakalářsképráci se věnujeme sestavování matematických modelů v oblastech populační dynamiky, epidemiologii a enzymatické kinetice. Práce se zaměřuje na modely, které vedou na obyčejné diferenciální rovnice. Důraz je kladen na vysvětlení postupu tvorby a simulaci. Detailněji jsou popsány základní modely z jednotlivých oblastí a dále jsou uvedena další možná rozšíření.
Abstract:
In this thesis the mathematical models composition is described in the areas of population dynamics, epidemiology and enzyme kinetics. The thesis is focused on models that lead to ordinary differential equations. The work concentrates on the explanation of the formation of such models and on the simulation.
