Specifics of Production and Broadcasting TV Shows for Children and Youth, their Impact on the Budget and Production Planning with a Focus on the Programme Area of ČT :D.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky dětské tvorby v České televizi a tím jak jsou definovány legislativou a interními předpisy ČT. Cílem této práce je tato specifika určit, pojmenovat a odvodit z nich případné dopady na plánování rozpočtu a výroby tohoto typu pořadů. Zdrojem informací pro tuto práci jsou z velké části rozhovory se zástupci České televize, zvláště z oddělení dětské tvorby a kanálu ČT:D.. Ukazuje se, že dětská tvorba je, především v oblasti dramaturgie a vysílání, velmi specifickým odvětvím, které má zvláště v České televizi dlouhodobě zavedené postupy, metody a vzorce plánování, které mohou být mnohdy odlišné od tvorby pro dospělé. Dětský divák má odlišné návyky a nároky při sledování televize a od toho se odvíjí plánování a vznik programu speciálně pro něj na míru.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of TV production aimed at children in the Czech Television and how they are defined by legislation and internal regulations of Czech Television. The aim of this work is to identify, name and derive from them the possible impacts on budget planning and production of this type of programs. The source of information for this work are largely interviews with representatives of Czech Television, especially from the Department of Children's Creation and the channel ČT: D. It becomes apparent that children's creation, especially in the field of dramaturgy and broadcasting, is a very specific industry. Czech Television has long established procedures, methods and patterns of planning, which can often be different from the production for adults. The children's viewer has different habits and demands when watching television, and based on this is the planning and creation of the program tailored especially for her or him.
