Free Movement of Capital in the European Union
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje volnému pohybu kapitálu v Evropské unii. Zaměřuje se mimo jiné na vymezení pojmu volný pohyb kapitálu a jeho vztah k ostatním svobodám vnitřního trhu Evropské unie, vývoj evropské právní úpravy a zabývá se výjimkami z této svobody a aktuální judikaturou Soudního dvora Evropské unie.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses upon free movement of capital in the European Union and problems of free movement of capital among member states of the European union. It focuses on defining the term and the relationship with others freedoms of the internal market of European Union, development of the european legislation and exceptions to the free movement of capital.
