Abstract:

Prostřednictvím posouzení environmentálních důsledků zeleného financování se zaměřením na klíčové prvky ovlivňující vývoj politiky lze tvrdit, že čínská centrální banka vykazuje vyšší stupeň ekologického povědomí ve srovnání s Evropskou centrální bankou. Řada přístupů, jako je výzkum literatury a analýza textů politik, se používá k hodnocení pokroku čínských politik zelených financí, primárně spravovaných centrální bankou, a jejich dopadů na ekonomické a environmentální přínosy v celé trajektorii růstu. Hlavním cílem této studie je prozkoumat komplexní souhru mezi zelenými financemi, ekonomikou a životním prostředím. Úkolem je komplexní prozkoumání dosavadních vědeckých výzkumů prováděných uvnitř země i za hranicemi s cílem syntetizovat uzavřené studie týkající se pokroku dosaženého v oblasti ekologicky udržitelného financování. Na základě předchozího teoretického vývoje a empirických pozorování se tato studie snaží ponořit do dalších oblastí zkoumání. Tato studie představuje teoretickou analýzu primárních překážek, které brání rozvoji udržitelného financování v Číně. Cílem této studie je poskytnout doporučení pro veřejnou politiku zaměřenou na usnadnění rozvoje ekologicky udržitelného financování v Číně na základě zjištění výše uvedeného výzkumu. Následující pojmy budou vysvětleny v souladu se třemi základními perspektivami: vytvoření komplexního systému zeleného financování v Číně; usnadnění pokroku v zeleném financování komerčními bankami; a posílení průmyslové struktury.

Abstract:

Through an assessment of the environmental implications of green finance, with a focus on key elements influencing policy development, it can be argued that the central bank of China exhibits a higher degree of environmental consciousness compared to the European Central Bank. A range of approaches, such as literature research and policy text analysis, are used to evaluate the advancement of China's green finance policies, primarily administered by the central bank, and their impacts on economic and environmental benefits across the growth trajectory. The main aim of this study is to examine the complex interplay between green finance, the economy, and the environment. The task at hand entails a comprehensive examination of the extant scholarly investigations carried out both inside the country and beyond borders, with the aim of synthesizing the concluded studies pertaining to the progress made in the field of environmentally sustainable finance. Drawing upon prior theoretical developments and empirical observations, the present study aims to delve into other areas of inquiry. This study presents a theoretical analysis of the primary barriers that are hindering the progress of sustainable finance in China. The objective of this study is to provide recommendations for public policy aimed at facilitating the development of environmentally sustainable finance in China, drawing upon the findings of the aforementioned research. The following concepts will be expounded upon in line with three basic perspectives: the establishment of a comprehensive green finance system in China; the facilitation of green finance progress by commercial banks; and the enhancement of the industrial structure.
