Analysis of The Evaluation System of The Management in PEXX Consulting, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení managementu ve společnosti PEXX Consulting, s. r. o. Cílem teoretické části je zpracovat literární rešerši z oblasti hodnocení managementu a na jejím základě formulovat teoretická stanoviska pro zpracování části praktické. Cílem praktické části bude analyzovat současný stav systému hodnocení mana-žerů ve společnosti PEXX Consulting s. r. o. a zhodnotit jeho přednosti a nedostatky. V rámci analýzy bude využito kvalitativního výzkumu formou rozhovorů. Závěr bakalářské práce poté bude patřit návrhu na zlepšení stávající situace, ve které budou obsaženy i nákladové položky a rizika související se zavedením.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s paper deals with the system of management evaluation in the company PEXX Consulting, s. r. o. The aim of the theoretical part is to conduct a literary research in the management evaluation and on its basis to formulate theoretical statements for the practical part. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the present state in the system of managers' evaluation in the company PEXX Consulting s. r. o. and to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses. A qualitative research interviews are used within the scope of the analysis. The conclusion of the bachelor´s paper suggests some improvements of the current situation, including cost items and risks that are related with the implementation.
