Workers motivation and stimulation by the selected enterprise

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma Motivace a stimulace pracovníků ve vybrané firmě. Byla aplikována na společnost Robert Bosch s. r. o. v Českých Budějovicích. Cílem práce je specifikovat a analyzovat motivační nástroje vybraného podniku a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení motivačního systému vybrané firmy. Bakalářská práce má dvě části teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační část. Teoreticko-metodologická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů jako motivace, motiv, zdroje motivace, základní nástroje motivace, druhy motivace, motivační zásady, teorie pracovní motivace, stimulace, stimul a stimulační prostředky. Aplikační část zahrnuje představení firmy a její motivační program a současné zaměstnanecké benefity. V další části je zpracováno dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor. Na základě jejichž výsledků byly stanoveny návrhy ke zlepšení motivačního systému firmy. Všechny zjištěné výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of "Motivation and stimulation of employees in selected company" and was applied in company Robert Bosch s. r. o. in České Budějovice. The aim of the thesis is to specify and analyze the motivation tools of the selected company and to propose recommendations for improving the motivation system of the selected company. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical-methodological part and application part. The theoretical - methodological part of thesis is focused on explanation of basic concepts as motivation, motive, sources of motivation, basic tools of motivation, types of motivation, motivation principles, theory of working motivation, stimulation, incentive, stimulating means. The application part of thesis includes the basic information about the company, its motivation program and current employee benefits. The next part of the thesis contains outputs of a questionnaire survey and an interviews with selected respondents. Based on these outputs, the relevant proposals will be defined to improve the company's motivation system. All findings are summarized at the end of the thesis.
