Abstract:
Práce se zabývá závazností rozhodnutí Ústavního soudu a principem veřejnosti práva. Cílem této práce je osvětlit problematiku závaznosti rozhodnutí Ústavního soudu, která je zkoumána z několika pohledů v rámci kontinentálního systému.
Abstract:
The work deals with binding force the decision of the Constitutional Court and the principle of public law. The aim of this work is shed light on the issue of binding force of the decision of the Constitutional Court, which is examined from several perspectives in the context of continental system.
