This master's diploma thesis consists of two parts: practical and theoretical. The practical one deals with the original french extract from the "I had a Peculiar Dream that a Woman Loved me" book by Max Ferret, translated into czech language. Magisterská diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí: praktické a teoretické. V první, praktické části byl originální francouzský text vyňatý z knihy J'ai fait le rêve étrange et pénétrant qu'une femme m'aimait od Maxe Ferreta přeložen do češtiny, přičemž byla plně respektována stylistická pravidla obou jazyků.
