Abstract:
Práca obsahuje teórie, ktoré riešia problematiku viktimizácie, dopadu trestného činu na obeť, stresu, posttraumaickej stresovej poruchy, ďalej psychologické a sociálne doporučenia ako jednať v prvom kontakte s obeťou, ako vypočuť poškodeného a ako oznamovať nepríjemné správy
Abstract:
The work includes theories that are adressed to issues of victization, the impact of criminal acton victims, stress, post traumatic stress disorder, next psychological a social recommendations how to deal with victims in first contact, how to hear victims and how to report an unpleasant messages
