Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na studium lektinu BC2L-A z bakterie Burkholderia cenocepacia. Bakalářská práce vychází z předchozích studií lektinu BC2L-A a dalších homologních lektinů patřících do rodiny PA-IIL, jako jsou PA-IIL, RS-IIL a CV-IIL. Lektiny této rodiny mají ve vazebném místě dva Ca2+ ionty, které zprostředkovávají interakci se sacharidy. Cílem práce bylo nahradit ionty vápníku za jiný dvojmocný …more
Abstract:
The object of study is lectin BC2L-A from bacteria Burkholderia cenocepacia. The bachelor’s thesis uses information from other studies concerning lectin BC2L-A and other lectins from PA-IIL lectin family, like PA-IIL, RS-IIL and CV-IIL.
