Abstract:

Musilová, I. Struktura trhu finančního poradenství. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Men-delova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce se zabývá trhem finančního poradenství v České republice. Cílem této práce je identifikovat hlavní faktory, které v uplynulém desetiletí ovliv-nily strukturu trhu finančního poradenství v České republice. První kapitola obsa-huje charakteristiku základních pojmů spojených s nabídkovou stranou trhu fi-nančního poradenství. Druhá kapitola obsahuje vymezení trhu finančního pora-denství, jeho struktury a analýzu koncentrace trhu. Následující kapitoly se zabývají identifikací faktorů, které mohly ovlivnit strukturu trhu finančního poradenství, jejich analýzu a popis dopadu na strukturu trhu. Poslední kapitola se věnuje kom-paraci legislativní situace v České a Slovenské republice.

Musilová, I. Financial advisory market structure. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. The bachelor thesis deals with the market of financial consulting in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to identify the main factors that have influenced the structure of the financial advisory market in the Czech Republic in the past decade. The first chapter contains a description of the basic concepts associated whit the supply side of the financial advisory market. The second chapter contains the definition of the financial advisory market, its structure and analysis of market concentration. The following chapters deal with the identification of factors that may have influenced the structure of the financial advisory market, their analysis and a description of the impact on the market structure. The last chapter delas with the comparison of the legislative situation in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
