Benefits and risks of supervision in state and non-governmental organizations from the point of view of social workers

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem supervize a jejími podobami. Zaměřuje se na její druhy, jaké plní funkce a jaký má cíl. Jsou zde popsáni aktéři supervize, zejména pak osoba supervizora. Dále se práce věnuje organizaci a proč je supervize pro ni důležitá. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou přínosy a rizika z pohledu sociálních pracovníků ze státního a neziskového sektoru. Pro výzkum v práci byl použit kvalitativní výzkum za pomoci metody rozhovorů. Závěr práce se věnuje vyhodnocování získaných dat a také odpovídá na hlavní výzkumnou otázku.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the concept of supervision and its forms. It focuses on its types, what functions it fulfills and what its purpose is. There are described supervisors, especially the supervisor. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the organization and why supervision is important for it. The aim of this work is to find out what are the benefits and risks from the perspective of social workers from the state and non-profit sector. For research in the work was used qualitative research using the method of interviews. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of collected data and also answers the main research question.
