Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá výukou pracovních činností na druhém stupni základních škol, jejich realizací a vlivem na rozvoj žáků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část, která je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na historii předmětu pracovní činnosti, vzdělávací oblasti člověk a svět práce pro 2. stupeň ZŠ, včetně charakteristiky, cílů, klíčových kompetencí a tematických okruhů. Druhá kapitola se věnuje výuce pracovních činností, ať už přípravě učitele na výuku či výukovým metodám. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje, jaké schopnosti rozvíjí předmět pracovní činnosti u žáků na 2. stupni základní školy. Empirická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření, které pojednává o přístupech učitelů k výuce pracovních činností a vlivu pracovních činností na rozvoj žáků. V empirické části je definován výzkumný cíl a výzkumný přístup, metody sběru dat, výzkumné otázky a popis výzkumného vzorku. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The master's thesis deals with the teaching of work activities at the 2nd level of elementary school, their implementation and influence on the development of pupils. The work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part that is based on qualitative research. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter of the work is focused on the history of the subject of work activities, the educational field of man and the world of work for the 2nd level of primary school, including characteristics, goals, key competences, and thematic area. The second chapter is devoted to the teaching of work activities whether it is teacher preparation for teaching or teaching methods. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes what abilities the subject of work activities develops in pupils at 2nd level of elementary school. The empirical part contains a research investigation that discusses teachers' approaches to teaching of work activities and also deals with their influence on the development of pupils. The empirical part defines the research objectives and approach, methods of data collection, research questions, and the description of the research sample. The results of the research investigation are interpreted in the final part of the diploma thesis.
