Succes Factors in Financial Advisory

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Faktory úspěchu ve finančním poradenství popisuje a následně analyzuje, jaké faktory mají souvislost s úspěchem v oboru finančního poradenství. Cílem práce je v teoretické části na základě rešerše odborné literatury nejprve definovat faktory úspěchu v přímém prodeji, poté faktory úspěchu v multi-level marketingu a jako poslední faktory úspěchu ve finančním poradenství.Následně v praktické části prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu (dotazníkové šetření mezi členy sítě finančních poradců ve finanční skupině Partners Financial Services, a.s., kteří poskytují finanční poradenství) identifikovat pomocí regresní analýzy faktory, které nejvíce souvisí s úspěchem v tomto oboru.Tato práce může sloužit pro základní orientaci v dané problematice, jelikož v současné literatuře je tato oblast zatím nedostatečně prozkoumána a zpracována. Dále může práce sloužit jako základ pro další navazující výzkum, ať už ve stejné, či jiné podobně zaměřené společnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis Success Factors in Financial Advisory describes and subsequently analyses what factors are related to success in the field of financial advisory.In the theoretical part, the objective of the thesis was to define the factors of success in direct selling, in multi-level marketing and finally in financial advisory based on literature research.Subsequently, the practical part consisted in quantitative research (questionnaire-based investigation among members of the finance consultants network in the finance group of Partners Financial Services, a.s. who provide finance advisory) involving linear regression analysis to identify factors most related to success in the above mentioned field.The thesis can be used for basic orientation in the matter given that the issue has so far not been sufficiently explored and elaborated in existing literature. Additionally, the thesis can be used as a basis for further research in the same or a similarly focused company.
