Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu systému řízení kvality v obchodním závodě XYZ. V práci jsou charakterizovány stěžejní normy oblasti řízení kvality. Práce dále s návazností na uvedené normy analyzuje 7 konkrétních problematik a odhaluje jejich skutečnou efektivitu, funkčnost a dává prostor ke zlepšení.
